How much does it cost?

Each home’s rate is based on how many panes, screens a home has along with access and height factors.

Please contact us if you would like a more specific quote for your home, we are happy to swing by for a 5 minute outside only site visit that you don’t have to be home for.

Decide if you would like exterior only service, or if you would like interior service at specific intervals. Then how often you would like service (every 1, 3 or 6 months) and subscribe based on your needs.

Typically Exterior rates are:
1,500 – 2,000 sft home is from $105 per service
2,000 – 3,000 sft home is from $135 per service
3,000 – 4,000 sft home is from $195 per service
4,000 – 5,000 sft home is from $265 per service

Are there any hidden costs or fees?

Nope, None. Pay for the amount of services you need. No membership fees, no adjustment fees, no cancellation fees.

What other services do you offer?

We provide premium window and solar panel service exclusively. We believe we have the best service and methodology for you and your home.

So, the answer is no; we’d be doing you a disservice if we offered anything else!

I don’t have to be home for exterior service?

That’s right. How convenient is that? As long as there are no concerns with any animals or issues with gated access, we can easily proceed. And for most homes, we can gently remove and replace the exterior screens without a problem.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, change your subscription anytime, fee-free.

We’ll send you a postcard before we come out, so you can change, cancel or add services to your booking date. Get the right amount of servicing right when you want it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your service subscription at any time by simply contacting us via email or phone message.

What about the weather?

Not a problem. It’s counterintuitive, but clean windows behave so much better. The rain just evaporates off without a mark. The more rain, the more clean everything on the home and around the window is and the less dirt in the air from watered ground.

Notice any exceptions in the sunlight within 2 weeks after rain? Just let us know and we’re happy to freshen up those areas for you.

Why Once A Season exterior servicing?

While you can set any schedule you prefer, we have found Once A Season to be so popular we renamed our company after it! It truly is the “goldilocks” zone for this valley. We hear many times those on a longer schedule between services just find they are thinking about us after the 3 month mark the next few months until their service again!

Exterior service makes the most dramatic difference. It’s where all the dust, dirt and grime are. And it’s generally where those dirt holding screens and any ladder work are as well. All the hard stuff, yet the biggest improvement. It’s also a great complement to you or your housecleaner’s interior touch ups or maintenance.
