Efficient

We’ve performed over 36,000 home services here locally. You can be confident there’s virtually nothing we haven’t seen a thousand times before. We have a system that has been developed and honed over the years that does not waste your time.

We won’t endlessly chat, frittering the day away either. We don’t leave for lunch as we are self sufficient, having everything with us. Most homes less than 3,500 sft can be completed within a half day. We can complete the interior portion first and you don’t even need to be home for the exterior portion of service.

Full Service Package

Do we brush the screens or wash them? Do we clean the tracks? How do we clean them? Rest assured the window “accessories” will be as clean as your sparkling glass. With specific processes for different situations to get them looking the best they can look. Always included in our service package, nothing gets overlooked.

With a Smile

Who wants someone grouchy with a lousy attitude working onsite? We love what we do and enjoy meeting great people like yourself and helping you out over the years and it shows consistently in our demeanor. This is fun for us!

Leaves No Traces

Our methodology leaves no trace we’ve been to your home, except for your beautiful windows. Furniture moved is put back. Plants on the windowsill are re-positioned back. Lawn furniture, exterior door mats all back in place. No mud, water drops or wet sills. With a meticulous and fastidious nature everything is all cleaned up to how it was when we arrived.

Your Preferences

We learn what you like and don’t like. You only have to tell us once and we have your preferences logged in for future scheduling. Don’t like am service? Gates need to be latched so animals don’t get out? Community gate codes? Don’t come on Tuesday when gardeners are there? No problem!

Know in Advance

We have a scheduling system that lets you know a week before we come out. No surprises, no one unexpectedly outside your window. And if you have work being done on the house, like painting, we can reschedule around that.

Chemical Free

Our Ultra Purewater exterior system does not use any harsh chemicals or solvents. It is simply the purest water to scrub and rinse everything away. There are no foul odors and it is safe for your surfaces, plants and pets before it evaporates away to a beautiful sparkle and shine.

Prep Work

If you’ve ever been dissatisfied with a window service, no doubt the proper prep work was missing. As a discerning customer, you will appreciate our conscientious workmanship and above and beyond steps and processes performed to get things in shape on the first service and to keep your screens and glass looking their best.
